This industrial hoist is designed to simplify and make safe handling of heavy loads up to 250 kg.
The device is equipped with reclining side rails that facilitate loading and unloading, improving the stability of the material during lifting.
Objective: ergonomics and maneuverability without compromise
The development of the custom table top with reclining side rails stems from the goal of providing an ergonomic and versatile solution for handling in the production department.
As the weight of lifts increased (due to higher capacities, reinforced structures, and customization), a solution was needed to avoid placing the entire burden on the operator to push or pull the machine.
For this, a wheel motor as an optional extra: positioned frontally, at the center of gravity, it provides greater maneuverability when cornering and frees up the rear and front spaces dedicated to the operator and loading areas, respectively.
How it works: advanced components for efficient lifting
The electric lift is equipped with several state-of-the-art features that improve load handling and simplify maneuvering:
- Reclining side rails aid: allow loading and unloading from one of the three available sides, offering flexibility and safety even in confined spaces
- Motor wheel: dramatically reduces the physical exertion of the operator even when fully loaded. This is achieved by simply acting on the potentiometer located on one of the two rear knobs.
- Shock absorber: the wheel is equipped with shock absorber to adapt to small unevenness or imperfections in the floor, making the ride smooth and stable even in the most demanding warehouses.
