Requirement: Safe handling of heavy loads in a production environment
This industrial lifter has been designed to simplify and ensure the safe handling of loads of up to 250 kg.
It is equipped with reclining side rails to make loading and unloading easier and to improve the stability of the load during lifting.
Objective: Ergonomics and uncompromising manoeuvrability
The customised platform with reclining side panels was developed to provide the production department with a versatile and ergonomic handling solution.
The weight of the lifters increased due to higher load capacities, reinforced structures and customisations. This made it necessary to find a solution that would relieve the operator of the burden of pushing or pulling the machine.
For this reason, an optional wheel motor is available, positioned at the front of the machine and at its centre of gravity. This improves manoeuvrability when turning and frees up space at the front and rear for loading and the operator, respectively.
How it works: Advanced components for efficient lifting
The electric lifter is equipped with state-of-the-art features that improve load handling and simplify manoeuvring:
- Reclining side rails: allow loading and unloading from one of three sides, offering flexibility and safety, even in confined spaces
- Motor wheel: drastically reduces the physical effort required by the operator, even at full load. This can be achieved by simply adjusting the potentiometer positioned on one of the two rear knobs.
- Shock absorber: the wheel is also equipped with a shock absorber to adapt to small differences in height or floor imperfections, ensuring a smooth and stable passage even in challenging warehouse conditions.
